Cancel any time before I begin, for a full refund — just reply to your confirmation email.
It can't be refunded — the work is done and the book is yours. Because it's a custom digital product made for your dates, paying means you're asking me to start now and agreeing to this policy (the advance notice the law asks for on made-to-order digital goods).
A place closed, a detail off, a day you'd like reworked — that isn't a refund question, it's just me fixing it. Reply and I'll sort it.
Payments run through PayPal, so PayPal's own buyer protection applies too.
