Refunds & cancellation

Your itinerary is made to order — built by hand from your questionnaire, for your dates. So the terms are short, and I state them up front.

Before I start building it

Cancel any time before I begin and I'll refund it in full. Just reply to your confirmation email.

Once building has begun, or after it's delivered

Once I've started, it can't be refunded: the work is done, and the book is yours. It's made to order for your dates, so the pay screen says this before you pay, and paying means you're asking me to start.

If something's wrong with your book

A place closed, a detail off, a day you'd like reworked: tell me and I'll fix it.

The guide that comes with it

If an itinerary is refunded, the guide that came with it ends too.

Payment

Payments run through PayPal. PayPal's buyer protection covers a payment sent as goods and services, mainly if the book never arrives; for anything else, write to me.

Law and complaints

Korean law governs these terms, and nothing here takes away a right the 전자상거래법 gives you. Questions or complaints: jay@lifeguide.world. If we can't settle it, the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) mediates.
